Khly is an engagement specialist with a background in psychology and urban studies. She has years of experience supporting the design, facilitation, and documentation of several complex, public and multi-stakeholder engagement projects across a range of topics, including transportation, strategic planning, urban design and urban planning, policy planning and implementation, environmental planning, and parks and public realm. She incorporates her background in psychology to help understand different perspectives and promote inclusive and constructive participation in engagement processes. Khly has expertise in relationship building, project management, and feedback consolidation and analysis to support decision makers in forming recommendations that reflect stakeholder and public input.

Fun fact about Khly: I’m related to the first woman accepted to Harvard Medical School.
